Clarus Glassboards™ Attends Clerkenwell Design Week 2017!

It’s time for Clerkenwell Design Week 2017 (CDW), and we could not be more excited for this international expo of design brands. Taking place in the London neighborhood of Clerkenwell, home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else in the world, CDW is the epicenter of design activity in Europe. Our team made the transatlantic journey for the event (May 23-25). The crew will connect with the global design community and educate the designers that they don’t have to settle for whiteboards of the past – there is a functional, elegant, and modern solution in glassboards.

We see CDW as an opportunity for Clarus to build relationships with architects, designers, and visionaries who have an eye for aesthetics. Form and function are where Clarus Glassboards prove superior to traditional whiteboards made of melamine. These products are likely to suffer from unsightly stains and discolorations that can be a real eyesore. Glass equals customization, sophistication, and beauty. Plus, it has a non-porous surface, so it’s going to look the same five years from now as the day it’s installed. In addition, glassboards are supremely customizable, allowing for unique sizes, shapes, colors, and even print graphics and logos. They’re the perfect medium for thinkers, teachers, collaborators, creators and visionaries.

Clarus is staffed with innovators and talented designers who pride themselves on high standards, so not just any glass will do. We only use durable, safe, tempered glass—the only glassboard manufacturer that makes 100% of its products under one roof. Clarus’ vertically integrated manufacturing facility allows us to ship products extremely quickly, because no components come from overseas.

The use of stunning, eco-friendly glassboards is proliferating quickly. They can now be found in the boardrooms and on the walls of corporate campuses, and in the lecture halls of leading academic institutions. Perhaps the coolest place where they’re in use: NASA. To know Clarus products are helping propel people into space and beyond excites us more than we can describe.

CDW 2017 will give our team a chance to discover new inspiration in a place known as the cutting edge of design. As a company dedicated to innovating creative solutions and addressing common pain points, we’re looking forward to learning about how we can make a meaningful contribution to the international design community.
