Clarus is based in the United States, but we ship our products anywhere in the world! Our glassboards are toughened (tempered) for maximum strength and packaged in our facility by glass-handling professionals. As a result, our glassboards can be shipped internationally, and we offer the lowest shipping rates available.

Production lead time for our internationally-bound Glassboards is the same as our US-bound Glassboards – no longer than three weeks. This means from the time you place your order your custom order will be in transit to you within no longer than three weeks.

Clarus offers an air or ocean rate. When shipped by air your Glassboard will make it to its final destination within 7-9 days. When shipping by ocean, your Glassboard will arrive within 30 days.

When you order your glassboard internationally, you’ll be asked to provide the following information:
• Shipping address
• Does your facility have a freight elevator?
• Do you have an installation team in place, or do we need to find an installer in your area?

Clarus warrants that for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, that the [product] will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser or the first retail purchaser of the [product]. During that 10-year period, if your Glassboard is defective in materials or workmanship, Clarus will repair or replace the defective portion of your product. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from or in any way attributable to improper use, storage, shipping, handling, installation, or modification of the product.

All you have to do is design your glassboard with your personal preferences in our Builder tool. Then our customer experience team will reach out to you to answer all your questions and put the finishing touches on your glassboard.
